1. Overview

To shop on this website, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Prices

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.

All products are subject to availability. In case a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment was already made.

4. Orders & Payment

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order – it is a confirmation that we have received it. A contract is only formed when the order is shipped.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (via Shopify Payments / Stripe)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Other payment methods available at checkout

All payments must be completed before orders are shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Switzerland. Estimated delivery times:

  • Switzerland: 2–4 business days
  • EU: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping fee.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, Unopened, In its original package and damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 days.

Exceptions (non-returnable items):

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if marked final sale)

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or offer a refund depending on the situation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including text, images, logos, graphics, and product names – is the property of Glazed by Franci or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or that all information is accurate and up to date.

All products are used at your own risk. Always perform a patch test before using any cosmetic product. We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of our products.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
